In your role as Director of IT Retail Banking Modernization, you will spearhead the comprehensive technology transformation of GBI's Retail Banking Modernization Programme. Your responsibilities include defining and executing the technology strategy, governance framework, and delivery model necessary for implementing a scalable banking platform for Retail and SME customers.

You will oversee the operational stability and delivery of key digital banking capabilities such as mobile banking, internet banking, customer onboarding, self-service solutions, digital servicing journeys, payments, APIs, core banking integrations, data platforms, and security services. As a strategic technology leader, you will ensure that all solutions are secure, resilient, compliant, and aligned with GBI's long-term objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end technology delivery of the Retail Banking Modernization Program, ensuring successful implementation of a scalable, cloud-native platform.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, delivery, and operational stability of Digital Channels across Retail and Corporate Banking.
• Define and oversee the target technology architecture for seamless integration across various platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to drive programme execution and ensure alignment on scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Establish and govern the technology delivery model, managing program planning, dependencies, risks, and decision-making processes.
• Chair technology governance forums and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage strategic technology vendors and ensure compliance and performance.
• Ensure technology solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Lead data migration and operational data flow activities.
• Define the future IT operating model and implement best practices.

Vereisten

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking Technology, Digital Banking, or Financial Services Technology Delivery.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformation programs.
• Strong experience managing Digital Channels across Retail and/or Corporate Banking.
• Solid understanding of Core Banking platforms, Payments, API Architecture, and Customer Onboarding solutions.
• Familiarity with Cloud-native architectures and European Banking regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
