Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and focused on solutions.

Technical Requirements
