Digital Product Owner - Remote - Contract until End of Year We're seeking a skilled Digital Product Owner to help shape the future of our enterprise digital capabilities. In this role, you will take ownership of product backlogs and collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver AI and digital products. You will drive Agile delivery from ideation through implementation and value realization, leading initiatives involving AI Assistants, Microsoft Copilot, Enterprise Search, RAG, Knowledge Management, and Workflow Automation. You will work closely with architects, developers, AI specialists, and IT teams to create scalable, high-impact solutions. ## Responsibilities - Own and prioritize product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories. - Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI and digital products. - Drive Agile delivery from ideation through implementation and value realization. - Lead initiatives involving AI Assistants, Microsoft Copilot, Enterprise Search, RAG, Knowledge Management, and Workflow Automation. - Collaborate with architects, developers, AI specialists, and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. ## Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst. - Strong Agile/Scrum experience (SAFe is a plus). - Experience delivering enterprise digital, AI, automation, or cloud-based solutions. - Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, AI Foundry, RAG, APIs, and enterprise integrations. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and delivery leadership skills. ## Nice to Have - Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries. - Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, AI Foundry, and enterprise AI initiatives.
