We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. This role is a blend of strategy and operations, focused on converting channel investments into measurable pipeline and revenue.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning and managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, overseeing SEO, content, and email lifecycle programs. Additionally, you will handle attribution, reporting, and channel ROI analysis, manage agency relationships and contractor budgets, run experiments to enhance customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV), and collaborate with the sales team on lead handoff and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution models.
• Experience managing budgets across multiple channels.
• A focus on testing, measurement, and data-driven iteration.
