We are looking for a skilled Telecom Service Orchestration Engineer to contribute to a significant telecom programme in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in telecom OSS/BSS environments, service orchestration, network provisioning, and systems integration, although familiarity with a specific platform is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain workflows for telecom service orchestration and provisioning.
  • Assist in order management, fulfilment, service activation, and network resource management.
  • Create and sustain integrations between OSS/BSS platforms utilizing APIs and web services.
  • Diagnose technical issues and enhance platform reliability and automation.
  • Support platform migrations, system modernization, testing, and deployments.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders.
