Quectel Wireless Solutions is a global leader in IoT technology, specializing in cellular modules for 5G, LTE, and more. As we expand our presence in the EMEA region, we are seeking a motivated Developer Ecosystem Manager to join our team.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain developers in the Quectel ecosystem. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content and experiences that foster loyalty and active participation.

Responsibilities

• Developer Acquisition & Growth: Create and implement strategies to attract developers to Quectel products through marketing, partnerships, and outreach programs. Optimize acquisition channels for cost-efficiency and quality.
• Developer Engagement & Retention: Lead teams to design programs that keep developers active and learning. Enhance loyalty through technical content and community experiences, while tracking engagement metrics.
• Product Optimization & Iteration: Act as the voice of developers by capturing feedback and identifying friction points. Collaborate with product teams to improve the developer experience.
• Ecosystem Building: Own the strategy for the developer ecosystem, managing community frameworks and ambassador programs to foster a collaborative culture and valuable partnerships.
• Value Conversion: Design the developer-to-customer conversion funnel, creating pathways for developers to realize product value and drive revenue.

Requirements

• Experience in managing a technical or developer community (Developer Relations, Community Management, Open Source, IoT, etc.).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage developers, universities, and technical partners.
• Experience organizing events or competitions is a plus.
• Understanding of software development or embedded systems is appreciated but not essential.
