De Rol

As a Designer for Runway & Celebrity Dressing, you will design and execute styles for seasonal Runway shows, focusing on the Tailoring product category for Menswear and Womenswear. You will also collaborate on diverse projects including Celebrity Dressing, ensuring that products embody the Tommy Hilfiger brand identity.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Collaboratively source and present creative research aligned with the Tommy Hilfiger brand strategy.
• Design within the Tailoring product category, maintaining a luxury handwriting and brand DNA.
• Utilize Illustrator or hand sketching to communicate design ideas and create detailed CAD sketches.
• Prepare sketches for digital presentations and garment worksheets for factories.
• Collaborate closely with pattern cutters and the fit team on silhouettes and garment fittings.
• Attend key milestones such as proto reviews and style outs.
• Partner with sourcing teams regarding qualities, washes, trims, and details.
• Manage multiple overlapping calendar deadlines effectively.

Vereisten

• Fashion Design degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, particularly in mid to luxury market segments.
• Strong experience in tailoring product categories and casual woven/denim.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, along with hand-drawing skills.
• High level of fabric knowledge and understanding of fits and constructions.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Business English.
