De rol As a Merch Design Intern, you will create the products that brands like Red Bull, Heinz, and Defqon take to the streets. Not giveaway items that end up in a drawer, but desirable items that people want to have, wear, and keep. You will design from the initial sketch to production-ready files — learning everything that happens between an idea and a box full of samples along the way.

Wat je gaat doen

• Design merchandise for real clients: apparel, accessories, and products you might not have thought of.
• Create prints, graphics, and artwork that translate a brand into something people willingly wear.
• Build mock-ups and product visuals that make clients say yes at first glance.
• Provide production-ready files and specs — color, placement, material, finishing — ensuring what you envisioned is what comes out of production.
• Participate in briefings and brainstorm: what product, which fabric, which technique fits this brand?
• Scan streetwear, festival culture, and brand collaborations to translate into ideas we haven’t thought of yet.
• Occasionally: create a pitch deck, a social asset, or something for our own branding. We are a small team, so you’ll pitch in where needed.

Dit is wie je bent

• You are studying fashion design, styling, graphic design, or a related field — think AMFI, Artemis, or similar.
• You look at a hoodie and see choices: the fabric, the fit, why that print on the back works better than on the chest.
• Illustrator and Photoshop are your tools. Experience with mock-up tools, CLO 3D, or AI image tools is a plus.
• You follow drops, brands, and festivals not because you have to, but because you can’t help it.
• You have your own signature style, and you can set it aside when a brand requests something different.
• You don’t wait for the perfect brief. You come up with a proposal.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
