We’re seeking a dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to enhance our team at Breman Brasserie. Reporting directly to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will ensure efficient service, maintain high standards, and anticipate guest needs.

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that celebrates the history of the iconic Lloyd building, offering a menu that blends traditional European and South American cuisine. Our bar features classic cocktails and captivating New World wines.

In 2023, we proudly opened our second Hoxton in Amsterdam, located in the Eastern Docklands, taking over the historic former Lloyd Hotel. This stunning venue boasts 136 bedrooms, a large ground floor restaurant, a spacious outdoor terrace, a new bar, and The Apartment for unique meetings and events.
