We’re looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Breman Brasserie. Reporting to our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will ensure efficient service, maintain standards, and anticipate guest needs.

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building, featuring a menu that blends traditional European and South American cuisine. Our bar serves classic cocktails and captivating New World wines.

In 2023, we opened our second Hoxton in Amsterdam, located in the Eastern Docklands, taking over the historic former Lloyd Hotel. This beautiful property includes 136 bedrooms, a large ground floor restaurant, a huge outdoor terrace, a new bar, and our unique meetings and events concept, The Apartment.

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels in neighborhoods we love. Since opening our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve aimed to provide more than just a place to stay — we offer style without sacrificing value, creating vibrant public spaces where guests can connect with locals.
