De Rol

Als Demand support medewerker verbind je detacheringsaanvragen van opdrachtgevers in de publieke en private sector met beschikbare IT-professionals binnen Capgemini. Je maakt een eerste selectie van passende collega’s, stelt samen met sales de aanbieding samen en ondersteunt consultants bij het aanscherpen van hun cv en motivatie. Zo help je collega’s aan opdrachten die aansluiten bij hun vaardigheden en ondersteun je sales bij een zorgvuldig en efficiënt aanbiedingsproces.
