About This Opportunity

We are collaborating with a prominent foundational AI lab to recruit skilled deck production specialists who will assist in training their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

The Role

We seek deck production specialists with over 5 years of experience in reviewing, proofing, and quality-checking business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks prior to executive or client delivery. You will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across essential workflows, including:

• Board-ready slide deck formatting reviews
• Financial model and spreadsheet formula audits
• Executive memo proofing passes
• Brand and template compliance checklists
• Client-facing proposal document reviews
• Cross-document consistency tracking

Compensation

• $70/hour

Commitment

• Flexible hours, ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location

• Fully remote, with the ability to work on your own schedule

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• A keen eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert-level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slides, with exceptional written communication and attention to detail.
