The Role
We are a stealth-mode DeFi project, supported by leading venture capitalists, looking for an experienced Head of Product to drive the long-term vision and strategy for our liquid staking and derivatives platform.
The Role
In this critical position, you will lead the product strategy, ensuring alignment with our company goals while addressing customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategic direction for the product.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product development and enhancements.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Ensure product features align with company objectives and customer expectations.
- Guide the product team through all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Effectively communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders and investors.
