The Role

Je komt terecht in ons Life Sciences team bij Amaris Consulting, waar je een actieve rol speelt in de productie en kwaliteitsborging van medische technologie. Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van medische apparaten binnen een dynamische en internationale omgeving.

De Rol

Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ondersteunen van productieprocessen, het uitvoeren van analyses en probleemoplossing, en het documenteren en verbeteren van productie- en kwaliteitsprocedures. Daarnaast werk je samen met verschillende teams om productinnovatie te stimuleren en draag je bij aan de implementatie van nieuwe technologieën en processen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen van productieprocessen voor medische apparaten volgens geldende kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Uitvoeren van analyses en probleemoplossing bij productie- en kwaliteitsvraagstukken.
  • Documenteren en verbeteren van productie- en kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende teams (R&D, kwaliteit, productie) om productinnovatie te stimuleren.
  • Bijdragen aan de implementatie van nieuwe technologieën en processen.
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en naleving van regelgeving (ISO 13485, GMP, FDA/MDR).
  • Analyseren van data en rapporteren van bevindingen aan het management.
  • Actief deelnemen aan teamvergaderingen en kennisdeling.

Vereisten

  • Afgeronde MSc of BSc in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Stage-ervaring in medische device productie, productie of kwaliteitsengineering is een pré.
  • Ervaring met laboratoriumwerk, prototyping of praktische engineeringprojecten tijdens de studie.
  • Basiskennis van productieprocessen, kwaliteitsnormen en regelgeving voor medische apparaten.
  • Ervaring met CAD, procesdocumentatie of data-analysetools is een pré.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands, Engels is een plus.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
  • Actieve deelname aan extracurriculaire activiteiten toont initiatief en teamgeest aan.
