We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Trader to join our high-performing team. This position places you at the forefront of financial markets, allowing you to execute significant trades, provide liquidity, and collaborate with top counterparties in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The Role

You will manage the entire trading process, from order flow to execution, hedging, settlement, and monitoring electronic pricing with precision. Your role will involve generating actionable insights to refine strategies and optimize pricing mechanics, ensuring accurate trade records, reporting, and PnL tracking to promote transparency and operational excellence. You will identify and seize opportunities to drive trading revenue in line with our ambitious business plan, increasing trading volumes through both new and existing clients. Collaborating with colleagues across departments, you will enhance our internal trading systems and technology stack while adhering to institutional-grade trading best practices to deliver exceptional service in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage order flow, execution, hedging, settlement, and electronic pricing monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of trading experience with a leading institution, preferably in digital assets, commodities, equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives.
• Strong familiarity with electronic trading systems, including algorithmic and benchmark execution.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Exceptional understanding of trade execution, risk management, and market dynamics.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Results-driven with strong decision-making skills and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the crypto industry is a significant advantage, especially with hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and VBA.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
