PaleoHacks is a leading wellness platform focused on promoting healthier lifestyles through paleo and keto nutrition. Our remote-first team of 16 talented professionals is dedicated to supporting millions on their health journeys. As we expand our data capabilities to enhance reporting and decision-making, we are seeking a detail-oriented Data Developer to join our team.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that facilitate smarter business decisions. Your daily tasks will include:

• Creating and maintaining automated reports for funnels, paid media, subscriptions, and customer service.
• Developing and documenting clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for reporting processes.
• Setting up and managing integrations across our customer databases.
• Analyzing data trends to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
• Troubleshooting and enhancing existing dashboards and reporting systems.
• Managing subscription and paid advertising data (e.g., Facebook, YouTube traffic).

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Over 5 years of experience with SQL and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
• Strong background in data analysis and reporting.

Nice to Have

• Experience with direct response funnels.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Knowledge of Python frameworks and scripting.
