Breng je nauwkeurigheid en zorgvuldigheid in als Data Entry Administrator binnen ons team. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig invoeren, bijhouden en controleren van gegevens in onze interne systemen. Je ondersteunt meerdere afdelingen bij administratieve taken en zorgt ervoor dat informatie altijd actueel en correct is. Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die gestructureerd werkt en plezier heeft in detailgerichte taken.
Taken:
- Invoeren en actualiseren van gegevens in interne databases
- Controleren van gegevens op volledigheid en juistheid
- Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van rapportages en overzichten
- Digitaliseren en archiveren van documenten
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen bij administratieve vragen
