De Rol
As a Controls and Monitoring Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will lead the development of standards and best practices for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across our data centre developments. You will review designs through RIBA Stage 3, ensuring compliance with local standards and specifications, and support project teams during tender evaluations, development, commissioning, and integration phases.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Definieer en onderhoud programma-brede standaarden, sjablonen, procedures en best practices voor BMS en EPMS systemen.
- Zorg voor afstemming met lokale regelgeving, hyperscaler vereisten en Goodman protocollen.
- Promoot continue verbetering en innovatie in controls engineering.
- Ondersteun ontwerpmanagers in het definiëren van de controls en monitoring scope van het werk per fase.
- Neem actief deel aan meerdere datacenter- en onderstationprojecten van concept tot detailontwerp.
- Beoordeel de leveringen van consultants op veiligheid, scope-naleving, ruimtelijke coördinatie, bouwbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid.
- Ondersteun commissioning teams bij het valideren van controls functionaliteit en systeemprestaties.
Vereisten
- Bachelor in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, controls engineering of een verwant vakgebied.
- 5–8 jaar ervaring met controls en monitoring systemen voor mission-critical omgevingen.
- Bekwaamheid in BMS, EPMS, SCADA-platforms en integratieprotocollen (bijv. BACnet, Modbus, SNMP).
- Sterke communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden in het Engels.
