The Role

We are seeking a full-time On-site Data Center Technician to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network and server equipment, executing hardware installations and upgrades, and ensuring operational standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for network and server equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Execute hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements of network devices and servers.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware issues through detailed testing.
• Manage tasks using the company’s support ticketing system for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and ensure proper equipment storage.
• Keep the inventory system (EAM) updated.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Center Technician or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating Systems is an advantage.
• Experience with support ticketing and warehouse systems is a plus.
• Electrical certifications are beneficial.
• Ability to adhere to specified policies and procedures.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Flexibility for rotating 24/7 support.
• Comfortable with physical tasks related to the role.
• Eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Located near the office or willing to relocate for a sustainable commute.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
