We are looking for Data Annotators to label, evaluate, and enhance the data that powers modern AI systems. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as you will be reading model outputs, applying clear labeling guidelines, and contributing to the advancement of AI technology.

The Role

You will be responsible for annotating various types of data, including text, images, audio, or video, according to detailed labeling guidelines. Your tasks will include evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and helpfulness, identifying edge cases and ambiguities in guidelines, and maintaining high inter-annotator agreement through consistency. You will also provide structured feedback to improve future model training rounds and meet daily and weekly throughput targets while ensuring quality benchmarks are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Annotate text, image, audio, or video data following detailed labeling guidelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, helpfulness, and adherence to instructions.
• Identify edge cases and ambiguities in guidelines and report them to the annotation lead.
• Maintain high inter-annotator agreement through consistency and careful judgment.
• Provide structured feedback that enhances future model training rounds.
• Meet daily and weekly throughput targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with structured guidelines and apply them consistently.
• Excellent written English with clear reasoning skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar is a plus.
• Self-directed and able to work independently on quota-driven projects.
