We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in The Hague, Netherlands. This role requires a strong background in technology assessment and data engineering, along with experience in managing technical relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in identifying and evaluating new and emerging technologies for integration into larger systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing relationships with both internal and external technical stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Engineering, including defining and implementing data structures and pipelines to support systems engineering activities.
• Desirable certifications include The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), ITIL, and COBIT, depending on the specific responsibilities and domain.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for medium-sized and complex initiatives.
• Contribute to the selection of the requirements approach.
• Facilitate stakeholder input, provide constructive challenges, and enable effective prioritization of requirements.
