The Role

As a Bartender, your exceptional hosting skills will ensure our guests have a delightful experience. You will be responsible for bar service in the One Lounge and will engage in various tasks to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless and prompt service to guests.
  • Assist in organizing bar service and establish necessary standards and schedules in collaboration with the department manager.
  • Provide product recommendations and actively promote Motel One Lounge offerings to meet sales targets.
  • Manage orders for food, beverages, and spirits for the bar, and conduct monthly inventory checks.
  • Collaborate with multicultural teams to gain insights into new areas of activity.

Requirements

  • Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel industry or relevant professional experience in hospitality or catering, or a desire to transition into this field.
  • Open, communicative personality with strong hosting skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and a keen sense of quality, even under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support various departments to achieve collective goals.
