The Role

As a Front Office Host, you are the first impression guests have and the lasting memory they take with them. You create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive, transforming check-ins into meaningful interactions. You seamlessly navigate between the front desk and lobby, fostering an energetic and friendly environment. By sharing local insights and connecting guests, you add those personal touches that enhance their stay.

The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and create a positive atmosphere from the start.
  • Assist with check-ins, payments, and kiosk navigation.
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting lobby that buzzes with energy.
  • Provide local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants, and experiences.
  • Handle bookings for activities and dining.
  • Share guest feedback with the team to enhance future stays.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance for smooth operations.
  • Represent TSH by promoting our services and identifying upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
  • An energetic and welcoming demeanor that makes guests feel at home.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proactive mindset focused on creating memorable experiences.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as PMS, kiosks, or guest messaging apps.
  • Clear communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Team player who remains composed during busy periods.
