The Role
In this 12-month program, you will engage in various assignments, supporting Senior Engineers and Technical Superintendents while managing your responsibilities and deadlines. You will enhance your skills and knowledge through collaboration with colleagues and managers across different project stages, enabling you to shape your career path in line with your development interests.
The Role
You will oversee and manage project work alongside your team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while working with a diverse range of vessels and equipment from our dredging fleet.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of dredging vessels.
- Logistical and technical preparation of vessels and equipment.
- Coordination of technical activities during global projects.
- Hands-on involvement in various project phases.
Requirements
- Completed secondary vocational (MBO) or Associate Degree in mechanical, marine, or electrical engineering.
- Several years of hands-on technical experience (maritime or non-maritime).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to work abroad.
- Must be entitled to work and currently residing in the Netherlands.
