The Role
Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects independent consultants with organizations in need of specialized talent. We are collaborating with a prominent India-focused investment platform seeking an experienced Iron Castings Advisor to provide strategic insights and industry expertise in iron castings and foundry manufacturing.
The Role
In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the iron castings industry to guide investment evaluations and enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver insights on the iron castings sector, including market trends and competitive analysis.
- Assist in assessing investment opportunities and operational capabilities.
- Provide advisory on operational efficiency, cost structures, and supply chain management.
- Share industry best practices and global benchmarks.
- Engage in periodic remote advisory discussions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in iron castings or foundry manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of casting processes and industrial operations.
- Preferred background in strategic or advisory roles.
- Proven senior-level industry experience with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- International exposure, particularly in Germany or the US, is advantageous.
