The Role

As a Global Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact and strategic partner for high-profile clients. Your focus will be on understanding client objectives, identifying evolving needs, and delivering solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, technical, and customer success—to ensure excellent service delivery and explore opportunities to deepen client engagement. Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key global accounts in the EMEA region.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing service delivery.
  • Lead contract discussions and negotiations to foster sustainable partnerships.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive developments to inform account strategies.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within the software or SaaS industry.
  • Proven success in managing and growing complex global accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and account management tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is a strong advantage.
