We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to support our global expansion efforts, primarily focusing on corporate and business hiring in areas such as Customer Support, Compliance, and Operations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while fostering strong relationships with business partners.

This is a full-time, fixed-term remote contract position for 12 months, with the possibility of extension, though not guaranteed. Candidates are welcome from various locations across APAC timezones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and negotiating offers.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage recruiting databases in an organized and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality talent through networking, university outreach, local job fairs, and ongoing engagement with potential candidates.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within top-tier internet companies or agencies.
• Experience in business/corporate talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficient in modern sourcing and selection techniques, with experience in market mapping for global or Asian markets.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring goals.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Positive attitude towards cryptocurrency.
