Voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Support Specialist, die deel uitmaakt van ons team van meer dan 100 professionals. Bij Roamler ondersteunen we de grootste merken in de Out-of-Home sector met onze outletdatabase en Salesmapp, een CRM- en Field Sales-app voor accountmanagers. Als Customer Support Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor al onze OOH-klanten en de schakel tussen klant, Customer Success en Product. We streven naar een menselijke benadering van support en jij denkt mee over het gebruik van AI om klanten sneller en beter te helpen.
