About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Hungarian fans, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email with enthusiasm and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Correcting seller errors and identifying ways to prevent them in the future.
- Meeting customer satisfaction and productivity targets to contribute to company-wide goals.
- Utilizing Intercom to manage conversations and maintain smooth communication.
- Identifying recurring issues and sharing insights with the broader Customer Experience team.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
- Occasionally providing support during peak times or holidays, such as King’s Day, when the events world is bustling.
