You will be responsible for both customer success and marketing measurement, ensuring clients are satisfied and their marketing efforts are effectively measured.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Be the main point of contact for customers from onboarding through to renewal and account expansion.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer's business model and marketing strategy.
- Create and maintain success plans aligned with customer goals and platform adoption.
- Conduct regular customer reviews, including onboarding sessions and quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address any concerns or risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
- Support the creation of customer case studies and advocacy programs.
- Develop measurement roadmaps that align with customer priorities and marketing objectives.
- Guide customers through experiment design and data interpretation.
- Provide actionable recommendations on media allocation and campaign performance.
Vereisten
- 4+ jaar ervaring in Customer Success, Marketing Analytics, of een gerelateerde rol.
- Ervaring met het beheren van enterprise of mid-market klanten in SaaS of analytics.
- Kennis van marketing meetconcepten zoals Marketing Mix Modeling en attributie.
- Sterke vaardigheden in klantrelatiebeheer en stakeholder management.
- Vaardigheid in het vereenvoudigen van analytische concepten voor niet-technische doelgroepen.
