As a Customer Service & Support Representative, you will be the main contact for our clients and colleagues through various communication channels. You will efficiently handle inquiries and complaints, resolving approximately 95% of issues independently.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and suppliers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat. You will assist clients and suppliers through all channels (telephone, digital, and sometimes in English), check and process orders, solve problems by quickly coordinating with departments such as Logistics and Sales, personally welcome customers at our pickup point, and update information in the system to ensure everyone is informed about previous interactions.

Wat bieden wij

  • Salaris: € 2.750 tot € 2.965 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
  • Contract: Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
