Voor onze afdeling Customer Service op het hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen zoeken wij enthousiaste Customer Service Specialisten voor onze piekperiode van november 2026 tot en met januari 2027 op oproepbasis. Als Customer Service Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het contact met onze klanten en fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt. Je communiceert met klanten via telefoon, e-mail en sociale media. Je werkzaamheden omvatten ook het aanpassen van klantgegevens en andere administratieve taken tijdens onze piekperiode.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Zorgdragen voor tevreden klanten door uitstekende service en klantgerichtheid.
- Vragen beantwoorden over online bestellingen op Douglas.nl en Douglas.be en de Douglas Beauty Card, binnen de vastgestelde targets.
