The Role

Customer Service Specialist Collections (French-speaking)
At least 2 days in our office in Heerenveen / partially from home
Are you communicatively strong, analytically minded, and confident? As a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist Collections at Riverty, you will be in daily contact with consumers, working together to find feasible solutions for outstanding debts. You effortlessly switch between advising, probing, responding to the consumer's financial situation, and offering a workable payment solution.
