We are immediately seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our young, friendly, and motivated team in Amsterdam. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for (potential) customers of Vedder & Vedder. You will closely collaborate within the Customer Service team, assisting customers via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and/or phone. Each customer has a unique story and requires a personal and fitting response. You will guide them and ensure they can wear their jewelry with joy.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Providing personalized customer service to potential and existing customers.
• Being commercially minded and assisting customers in identifying their needs.
• Processing placed orders.
• Proactively preventing complaints, and resolving them if they arise.
• Contributing ideas to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborating effectively with the production and logistics team to enhance the customer journey.

Vereisten

• MBO+ work and thinking level.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Commercial mindset.
• Availability for at least 2 days per week.
• Willingness to work irregular hours during busy periods, including occasional evenings (busy periods include Mother's Day, Father's Day, Black Friday, Elle Weekend, and December).
• Willingness to work 1-2 weekend days per month.
