As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. This role offers opportunities for quick onboarding and development in administration.

In deze rol fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon, e-mail en andere communicatiekanalen. Je beantwoordt vragen over producten, diensten, bestellingen en leveringen. Daarnaast verwerk je, controleer je en volg je klantorders in het systeem. Ook registreer en handel je klachten, retouren en serviceverzoeken af. Zorg ervoor dat klantcontacten en ordergegevens administratief correct worden verwerkt.
