Over de organisatie
Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationaal bedrijf in Rotterdam met ongeveer 100 medewerkers. De organisatie verzorgt transport en distributie voor klanten in meerdere landen en verwerkt dagelijks een grote hoeveelheid orders. Je werkt samen met 10 collega’s en 1 leidinggevende en hebt regelmatig contact met de afdelingen transport en expeditie. Vanuit Rotterdam combineer je dagelijks klantcontact met operationele afstemming en administratieve verwerking. Jouw werkzaamheden hebben direct invloed op de klanttevredenheid en de kwaliteit van de logistieke keten.
Wat ga je doen als Customer Service Medewerker?
Je beantwoordt klantvragen over orderverwerking, levertijden en zendingen. Je bewaakt de goederenstroom en signaleert afwijkingen in de logistieke administratie. Je stelt verzenddocumentatie op voor inbound- en outboundstromen en controleert deze. Je stemt met transport en distributie af over de voortgang van orders. Je houdt klantdossiers bij in het ERP-systeem.
