Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij de schakel tussen Analytichem en onze klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van vragen, oplossen van problemen en zorgen voor een uitstekende service-ervaring. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen zoals logistiek, verkoop en inkoop om processen te optimaliseren en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
Jouw taken:
- Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail.
- Oplossen van klachten en proactief klantadvies geven.
- Verwerken van orders en bijhouden van klantgegevens.
- Samenwerken met interne afdelingen voor efficiënte afhandeling van vragen en orders.
- Ondersteunen bij andere werkzaamheden, zoals inkoop, en fungeren als back-up bij afwezigheid van collega’s.
