CEVA Logistics is a leading international logistics service provider with over 50 locations in the Benelux region and a workforce of more than 11,000 colleagues. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for keeping them informed about the status of their goods and managing administrative tasks related to order processing. You will work closely with both customers and the warehouse team to proactively address any challenges that arise.

De Rol

As a Customer Service Employee, your daily tasks will include:

• Monitoring the handling of orders by the warehouse team.
• Preparing, processing, and checking required documents according to guidelines.
• Managing customer data administration (complaints, questions, appointments, customer data, overviews, KPIs).
• Ensuring strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information.
• Participating in improvement projects within the LEAN philosophy, focusing on themes such as 5S and Kaizen.

Waar Ga Je Werken?

You will be based at our location in Born, where two warehouses operate. You will be part of a Customer Service Team of five to ten colleagues, working together to maintain excellent customer relationships while keeping each other informed about order processing. The atmosphere is driven and professional, with opportunities for fun and connection. You will report to the Office Supervisor, with working hours varying between 08:00 AM and 06:00 PM.

Wat Zoeken We?

We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following qualities:

• MBO/HBO work and thinking level, possibly supplemented with a logistics course.
• Experience in service-oriented roles.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is a plus.
