The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting account teams and customer retail locations, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the sales order process. You will be the primary contact for customer service inquiries related to designated accounts, supporting the Account Team with daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions, including sales orders, returns, and cancellations using internal ERP software.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately addressing customer inquiries.
• Create and send order acknowledgements to customers.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments, third-party logistics (3PLs), and customers to ensure effective processing, delivery, and invoicing of orders.
• Analyze customer inquiries, research solutions, and provide suggestions for resolution to the Account Manager.
• Collaborate with the Account Team to monitor and manage inventory effectively.
• Approve and release sales orders for warehouse fulfillment and prepare shipping documents.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of designated accounts, including product knowledge, to make effective suggestions to the Account Manager.
• Prepare various account-related reports for the Account Manager's review.
• Assist the Account Team with daily functions.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business or a related field, or 4+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Native-level proficiency in French and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on urgency.
• Quick self-training ability on various programs, such as SharePoint, Yellowfin, and Pentaho.
• Preferred experience with report generating software, such as Pentaho.
• Knowledge of the metric system, multi-currency transactions, time zones, and geography.
