In the role of Customer Journey Expert for Growth & Marketing Advisory Products, you will contribute to the commercial growth of ING's advisory investment propositions. Collaborating with experienced product managers and growth specialists, you will translate customer insights, market opportunities, and business ambitions into campaigns, customer journey improvements, and activation initiatives that increase customer engagement and assets under management.

The Advisory Products team is responsible for ING's advisory investment propositions, including Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), Customized DPM, Private Markets, and related advisory solutions. Our ambition is to accelerate sustainable growth by helping more customers discover, adopt, and actively use our investment products.

Jouw Rol

As Customer Journey Expert for Growth & Marketing, you will support the development and execution of commercial growth initiatives across our advisory investment propositions.

You will contribute to campaigns, customer communications, commercial activations, and customer journey improvements. By combining customer insights, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, you will help increase customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

A key part of your role involves working closely with advisory channels, including the Affluent Advice Team and Private Banking. You will ensure that campaigns, propositions, and commercial initiatives are translated into clear communication and actionable opportunities for advisors and relationship managers.
