Responsibilities

• Recover Sales: Manage subscription recovery, winbacks, and abandoned cart assistance to re-engage customers and improve retention.
• Order Management: Address order-related issues such as tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a positive post-purchase experience that encourages repeat sales.
• Represent the Brand: Provide a concierge-level experience, ensuring each interaction aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and service standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
• Prior e-commerce experience is essential (comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, subscription recovery, abandoned cart assistance, or post-purchase support).
• Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads and close opportunities through excellent relationship-building.
• 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is required; e-commerce sales experience is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
