We are hiring a Curriculum Developer to design and produce curriculum across courses and grade levels. The role combines subject expertise with pedagogical craft — building materials that teachers can actually use and students actually learn from.

Responsibilities

• Design course outlines, scope and sequence, and unit plans
• Write lessons, activities, assessments, and supplementary materials
• Align curriculum to standards, frameworks, and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and teachers to refine materials
• Conduct pilots and revise curriculum based on classroom feedback
• Maintain version control and content management for curriculum assets

Requirements

• 3+ years in curriculum design or teaching with content development responsibility
• Strong subject expertise in your assigned area
• Familiarity with educational standards (Common Core, NGSS, IB, AP, etc.)
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Understanding of differentiated instruction and assessment design
• Master's degree in education or subject area is a plus
