• Build strong working relationships with customers.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the data center.
• Manage and organize preventative and corrective maintenance for electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure peak efficiency of electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment.
• Act as an escalation point for facilities-related issues, assisting technicians during emergencies.
• Manage small-to-medium projects from conception to completion.
• Report on critical infrastructure operational and maintenance KPIs.
• Drive cost and energy efficiency projects and identify vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate and supervise compliance verifications and audits.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrated experience in data centers or critical environments.
• Experience with critical environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU) or physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking).
• Proven project management experience or relevant certification.
• Valid driving license for travel to and from the worksite.
• Ability to reach the worksite within 60 minutes for operational and on-call requirements.
• This role is located in the Amsterdam area and requires onsite presence.

• Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASICS, CompTIA, Microsoft, PMP, ITIL).
• Experience with building cooling, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
• Familiarity with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM), and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering field or trades.
• Experience working on large-scale projects.
