As the world's leading integrated tourism business, TUI Group is looking for a Crew Support Team Leader to enhance our airline operations. In this crucial role, you will oversee a specialized team responsible for the administrative functions of our Cabin Crew in Belgium, Morocco, and the Netherlands. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will focus on improving efficiency and fostering innovation within our Customer, Cabin, and Inflight Services department.

The Role

You will lead a team of experts to ensure the effective management of Cabin Crew operations while promoting a positive work culture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing operational efficiency through team leadership and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitoring cabin crew performance via daily feedback, weekly analyses, and monthly KPI reports, implementing actionable strategies for improvement.
• Managing communications and data sharing for cabin crew in compliance with company agreements.
• Driving continuous improvement by reviewing processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and utilizing innovative technologies.
• Serving as the first point of contact for cabin crew inquiries and coordinating community-building events.
• This role supports hybrid working arrangements, requiring regular travel to connect with teams across various locations.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive change culture.
• Resilience and organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication abilities with proven stakeholder management experience and analytical skills.
• Understanding of cabin crew operational needs while balancing business priorities, with a keen interest in safety and operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively within a diverse remote team.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Dutch; previous cabin crew experience or an aviation background is a plus.

This position can be based in either Zaventem, Belgium, or Rijswijk, Netherlands. All roles in the Netherlands come with an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, subject to a successful background security check (VVGB). The application period will remain open until 31st August 2026.
