The Role

As a Crew Member, you play a crucial role in the Five Guys experience. Each shift is unique, and your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in selecting their ideal burger.
• Cooking and assembling fresh burgers and fries.
• Taking orders, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
• Providing exceptional service with a smile, as we take pride in both our food and service.

You will gain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant operations, and we will support your development throughout your journey with us. Think of it as earning while you learn.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed, just the right attitude.

• Flexible availability for multiple days a week.
