The Role

You will define the real challenges by understanding clients' businesses and cultural contexts, craft strategies that excite and inspire, and play a key role in winning new clients while uncovering growth opportunities for existing ones. You are expected to think beyond traditional boundaries, help elevate team members, and maintain a genuine passion for the work.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business and cultural context to identify core challenges.
• Develop strategies, briefs, and thought-starters that inspire and provide clear direction.
• Actively seek new client opportunities and identify growth prospects within existing accounts.
• Create multidimensional strategies that encompass brand narratives and reactive campaigns.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and contributions.
