• You conduct analyses and investigations to identify unusual and suspicious payments, which may pose an increased Wwft risk to American Express (Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing).
• You create Internal Suspicious Activity Reports (ISAR) for our compliance department for further investigation.
• You reach out to customers to emphasize the importance of collecting KYC (Know Your Customer) data requirements.
• You handle exceptional KYC processes that may require local translation of incomplete KYC data/documents through email correspondence with customers.

Are you strong in communication? Do you possess excellent listening skills? Are you fluent in Dutch and English? Are you flexible and available to work between 09:00 and 17:15 from Monday to Friday? Do you reside in the Netherlands?

Experience in customer service or debt collection is a plus.
