We are seeking a Formulation Specialist to join our small, dynamic team dedicated to creating new cosmetic products. Your primary responsibility will be the R&D of dry formulations, including sticks, balms, and deodorants, driven by market trends and customer feedback. Once a new product is developed, you will conduct analytical testing to ensure quality, stability, and safety. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with production for product launches, sales for client inquiries, marketing for new releases, and suppliers for material procurement.

Requirements
