The Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Capital Markets Services team in Amsterdam. As a Junior Company Lawyer, you will assist the (Senior) Company Lawyer in maintaining a portfolio of companies, ensuring they remain in good standing while handling compliance inquiries and safeguarding CSC's position.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, shareholders, and advisors regarding your portfolio of companies.
- Conduct internal KYC/compliance reviews and transaction monitoring.
- Assist in the establishment and amendment of transactions within client companies.
- Ensure accurate legal and financial records are maintained for all client companies.
- Provide support to Account Management teams on legal and financial queries.
- Stay updated on market developments and proactively advise management.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Academic degree in Dutch Law or equivalent.
- Strong interest in the financial industry and capital markets.
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and strong personality.
- Ability to work independently with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch (oral and written).
