The Role

Reporting to a Corporate Communications Manager at our Benelux HQ in Hoofddorp (just outside Amsterdam), you will join our team for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in February. In this highly diverse role, you will take real project ownership to shape our corporate narrative and engage our audiences through several key missions:

• Engage Our Internal Community: Keep our employees informed and inspired with impactful internal communications, company news, and local events.
• Shape Our External Image: Monitor media coverage, identify press trends, and contribute to strategies that maintain a positive corporate brand image.
• Bring Events to Life: Support the planning and execution of key corporate events, including volunteering initiatives.

Requirements

You are a final-year student fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis) who demonstrates:

• Natural Connectors: You are genuinely energized by daily human interaction, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and easily build trust across the organization.
• Communications & Engagement Generalist: Creating inspiring stories and content tailored to different internal and external audiences.
• Project Ownership: Organizing local events and executing key activities with high speed, precision, and detail.
• Brand, Social Media, Advocacy & Influence: Basic understanding of digital media landscapes to build corporate brand image.
• Agility: Easily balancing creative drafting with daily operational and administrative execution.
